RECALL for removal of the Flow Restriction Insert in hoses produced September 2006 thru March 2009
DO NOT dive with a hose subject to this recall until the insert has been removed by knowledgeable personnel.
Contact your dealer that sold you the hose/drysuit (in which the hose was included) for more information.
For the recall there are marking systems to be able to identify when a hose has been subject to a succesfull removal. This to simplify and to identify in the future if a hose has been submitted to requested action and to prevent any misunderstandings. When doing removal fill in Form and send in to SI TECH.
