The company’s owner Stig Insulan have after nearly 50 years in diving industry and his innovations brought SI TECH AB to a top position in the global market. SI TECH AB develops and manufactures components for the diving equipment in its factory in Lysekil. Through its well-developed capacity the company manage to produce most components in house.

SI Tech has over recent years worked to build for the future. In order to secure the future for our partners, employees, friends and customers we are now strategically moving SI TECH into the future. To secure the future business and to continue the development of the business Jonas Axelsson will take over the ownership. SI TECH will continue in the same positive spirit as before with the established and new developed products.

Jonas Axelsson is former Vice President of SI TECH. Jonas Axelsson look forward to the challenge and has a strong faith in SI TECH’s future. Jonas Axelsson believes in a revival of the diving industry and will work hard with the goal to make the company an even better provider for our customers. Jonas Axelsson came to SI TECH through close cooperation with the university.

Stig Insulan has together with the board, during the last years, worked to find a suitable new owner for SI TECH. An owner who can pursue Stig Insulan’s positive spirit for the further benefit to SI TECH. Stig Insulan will continue to work together with Jonas Axelsson in the company and work towards new goals and to develop new products.

Företagets ägare Stig Insulán har efter snart 50 år i dykbranschen som genom sina innovationer fört SI TECH AB till en topposition på världsmarknaden. SI TECH AB utvecklar och tillverkar komponenter till dykutrustning i sin fabrik i Lysekil. Genom sin väl utbyggda produktionskapacitet klarar man att framställa de flesta komponenter ”in house”.

SI TECH har under senaste åren arbetat med att bygga för framtiden. För att trygga framtiden för våra partners, anställda, vänner och kunder så genomför nu SI TECH en strategisk utveckling av verksamheten. Detta innebär att en ägarförändring genomförs för att säkra framtida verksamhet och den fortsatta utvecklingen. SI TECH kommer att drivas vidare i samma positiva anda som tidigare med redan etablerade och kommande nyutvecklade produkter.

Nya ägaren av SI TECH är Jonas Axelsson tidigare Vice VD på SI TECH. Jonas Axelsson ser fram emot utmaningen och har en stark tro till framtiden med SI TECH. Jonas Axelsson tror på en nytändning inom dykbranschen och kommer att arbeta hårt med målet att utveckla företaget till att bli en än bättre leverantör åt våra kunder. Jonas Axelsson kom till SI TECH via ett nära samarbete med högskolan.

Jonas Axelsson, ”Jag tror starkt på SI TECH och dess medarbetare och produkter, detta tillsammans med att vi har funnit en väg där Stig Insulan och jag kan fortsätta vårt täta samarbete som vi har haft under åren”. Jonas Axelsson kom till företaget för 7 år sen och har grundligt arbetat sig igenom verksamheten.

Stig Insulan har under en längre tid tillsammans med sin styrelse arbetat med att hitta en lämplig ny ägare som kan fortsätta driva vidare SI TECH i oförändrad positiv anda. Stig Insulan kommer att fortsätta att arbeta i företaget och tillsammans jobba mot nya mål samt utveckla nya produkter.
