| SI TECH structure change |
SI Tech has in recent years worked to build the structure for the future. Since a number of years the company has brought in outside directors and has recruited new staff to meeting the company’s challenges in the future. To clarify the above the company has embarked on a restructuring of the business from one company for an initial two companies. A first step will be to manufacture and sale will be separated from the management of the real estate property. From 1 March the business will be set up in the new company which took over the old firm SI TECH AB but with a new corporate identity 556793-0358. We ask you to update your records with this new information. We look forward to come back to you with more news of SI TECH AB operations during 2010

SI Tech har under senaste åren arbetat med att bygga strukturen för framtiden. Sedan ett antal år har bolaget tagit in externa styrelseledamöter och rekryterat ny personal för att möta bolagets utmaningar i framtiden.
För att tydliggöra den nysatsning som ovanstående innebär har bolaget påbörjat en omstrukturering av verksamheten från ett bolag till initialt två bolag. Ett första steg blir att tillverkning och försäljning kommer att separeras ifrån förvaltningen av fastigheten. Från och med den 1 mars drivs verksamheten i det nya bolaget som övertagit den gamla firman SI TECH AB med nytt organisationsnummer 556793-0358. Vi ber er uppdatera era register.
